You can take hard disk backup from any menu page by pressing a key. You can set automatic hard disk backup after a fixed number of entries. Program will stop data entry and take harddisk backup and then again start your entry session. If you have made changes and not taken hard disk backup then also it will take hard disk backup before closing the opened year file.
